Petticoat Lane offers a service buying and selling second hand clothing and accessories. Seller warrants that: the goods you sell to Petticoat Lane are not stolen. Goods are not counterfeit or imitations. Sale of goods to Petticoat Lane are FINAL.
Funds
Where goods are received resulting from a private sale Petticoat Lane has the discretion as to when we will release any funds we hold –usually funds are released to the seller upon acquiring the goods. Funds may be withheld when: suspected fraud, to assist law enforcement, to comply with the law, to ensure the effective and safe operation of Petticoatlane.com.au, for any other reason that we in our discretion choose. Petticoat Lane will provide the seller with a statement which contains:
- the sale price of goods
- name, address and drivers licence number of the seller
- description of the goods sold.
- Your privacy is important to us
The Way We Use Information
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
- We do NOT accept Money order, Cashier Check, Personal Checks or Company Checks! If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks, they will be returned to you.
- We do not accept payment in form of cash.
- We do not accept gift card or prepaid card.

We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

If Petticoat Lane suspects an order as being fraudulent and unable to verify you. Petticoat Lane has the right to decline the order.
