Exchange / Returns / Refund
We do our absolute best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We DO NOT refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice. This is a SECOND HAND store most items are one offs with light wear and tear. However, you may exchange (new item) for the same item in a different size only. If the item is sold out you will then receive an online store credit to be spent within three months. If an item is on sale or second hand there is NO change for size and no refunds so PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY.
We must be notified of an exchange within 2 days of you receiving your item. You will have to quote your receipt number and get the item back to us within 14 days of the date that you received the item. All new goods must be unworn and have the tags still attached. All second hand goods must be in the same condition from when they left the store: with tags still attached or it will not be accepted. The customer will pay for additional shipping charges.
Return Policy
All the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable, store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages. We give our international customers 30 business days from receipt of the item(s) to return back to us for an exchange. Customer needs to pay the shipping to ship the return back first. Invoice # and customer contact information must be included with return inside box, for better service.
If the return is caused by receiving wrong item, we will be fully responsible for the mistake, the return shipping will be reimbursed (Original shipping in original payment is the maximum, so please choose the return shipping method accordingly).
If the return is not caused by receiving wrong items, original shipping is not refundable and ONLY store credit will be issued according to receipt of the return. For packages refused by customers, there may be additional shipping cost charged by carrier. The package must be returned with original package, all the return w/o original package will be refused; all the return of used condition will not be accepted and will be refused.
